Abbey Chipps picked up her 100th career win, Friday, at the district wrestling meet at Columbus Lakeview. Bobcat coaches Dan Roeber and Calli Allemang, along with Charlee Wagner, congratulate Chipps.
The Girls Class B2 District Wrestling Meet opened Friday, Feb. 6. Here's where the Bobcats sit heading into Saturday morning's competition:
Ava Cleveland: Will face Amber Hodges, Elm Creek, in the 110 semifinal.
Abbey Chipps: Will wrestle Olivia McDonald, SEM, in the 120 semifinal.
Lilly Kester: Will meet Emma Glendy, Lakeview, in the 125 semifinal.
Charlee Wagner: is in the semifinal. She'll meet Taylor Ahlman in the 145 match.
Consolation round 2:
Abby Arroyo will face Violet Carstensen, Aurora, in a 140 match.
Claire Kester will wrestle Alexa Holder, Doniphan-Trumbull, in the 130 division....
