Supervisors announce road improvement hearing date

Holt County Supervisors will hold a public hearing for the county’s one- and six-year road improvement plan on Tuesday, Feb. 17. The hearing will start at 11:15 a.m. in the supervisor’s room at the Holt County Courthouse in O’Neill.
