Neligh man ordered to pay restitution to local business

Antwan J. Deleon, 25, of Neligh, will spend 60 months in probation, serve 90 days in the Madison County jail, and pay restitution in the amount of $25,314.63 to Reinke's Farm and City Services Inc.

Deleon was sentenced on Jan. 28 for one count of theft by deception-$5,000+, a Class IIA felony, Jan. 28 in Antelope County District Court.

Prior to sentencing, the Honorable Mark Johnson held a restitution hearing. Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith said the state was seeking restitution totaling $23,452.13.
