Eight members of the Bobcat girls wrestling team brought home hardware from the GNAC Wrestling Meet, held Jan. 22 in Plainview.
Of those eight, three claimed conference titles, including Ava Cleveland, 110; Abbey Chipps, 120; and Claire Kester, 135.
Cleveland defeated Ashlynn Dailey, Cedar Catholic, by fall in 2:48. In the third round, she pinned Bailey Chessmore, Neligh-Oakdale, in 1:39.
Two competitors earned medals in the 120 class.
Abbey Chipps took top honors. She pinned Katelynn Mosel, Plainview/Osmond, in 1:25 and Gabriella Hansel, Summerland, in :12.
