~~~~~
Nathan Andrew Bolling was born on April 9, 1980, to Steve and Janette (Kruger) Bolling in Tilden and was called home by the Lord on Jan. 17, 2026, after a 2 and one-half year battle with a brain tumor.
Nathan was baptized April 19, 1980, and was confirmed in the christian faith April 24, 1994, at Concordia Lutheran Church in Clearwater. He attended Clearwater Public School and graduated with the Class of 1998. On Jan. 15, 1999, he was married to Cassie Starman in Neligh.
Nathan lived a short time in Neligh, Grand Island, and later, moved to his home north of Clearwater to work with his step father, Charlie, helping with the farming and cow-calf operation. One of his favorite times of the year was going to the bull sales and picking out bulls that would improve the herd. He was one of the best at fixing things, whether it be machinery or helping family and friends build or remodel their homes.
Nathan was an avid outdoorsman and loved deer hunting with his kids. He always enjoyed helping someone track a deer more than his own hunt.
Nathan is survived by his children, whom he loved with all his heart, two sons, Cameron and Dominic of Clearwater; his one daughter, Taylor, of West Point; wife, Cassie Bolling; parents, Charlie and Janette Allemang of Clearwater and Steve Bolling of Hadar; brothers, Matthew (Amy) Bolling of Lincoln, Daniel (Michelle) Bolling of Brunswick, Seth (Michelle) Bolling of Chambers, and Adam (Alisha) Bolling of Pierce. Also surviving Nathan are his six nieces and six nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
Nathan is preceded in death by his brother, Andrew Bolling (2012); his grandparents, Johnnie and LaVonna Bolling, Bill and Alys Kruger, Ted and Lucille Allemang; uncles, Michael Kruger, Bryon Bolling, Rick Hesse, and Rick Bolling; a nephew, Justin Jonas and great-nephew, Michael Heng.
