Kester receives WSC Trustees Scholarship

Shaylie Kester of Clearwater has been award a full-tuition Nebraska Board of Trustees Scholarship to continue her education at Wayne State College.

Kester will be a graduate of Summerland Public Schoool in 2026.

She is the daughter of Dana and Candice Kester.

At SPS, Kester is member of the FFA chapter and has served as secretary, vice president and president. She also is a member of Future Business Leaders of America and currently serves as vice president.

Kester is a National Honor Society member and is active in 4-H.
