Lady Cats split contests

The Lady Bobcats hosted Lutheran High Northeast, Jan. 8, and downed the visiting Eagles, 57-41.

Three players finished in double figures to secure the win. Caydence Schumacher finished with 15 points, Kanyon Allemang added 14, and Belle Anson finshed with a dozen.

On Friday, the Bobcats traveled to West Holt to face the Huskies. West Holt dominated Summerland, 61-24.

Offensively, Summerland made two of 11 shots from beyond the arc and only hit eight of 26 from two-point range.

Abryelle Kester ended with two steals, and Jenna Funk grabbed seven rebounds.
