To borrow a line from “Seasons of Love” from Rent, “How do measure, measure a year?”

The next verse of the song seems pretty accurate for a journalist:

“In daylights, in sunsets, in midnights, in cups of coffee (or tea in my case), in inches, in miles, in laughter, in strife. In 525,600 minutes, how do you measure a year in the life.”
