Sexual assault case continued in Antelope County district court

A 21-year-old Beatrice man facing charges in two cases appeared before The Honorable Mark Johnson, Nov. 26, in Antelope County District Court.

Thomas Warnke appeared for a pretrial hearing and 414 hearing in both cases. He is charged with one count of first degree sexual assault, a Class IIA felony, and one count of attempt of a Class IIA felony, a Class IIA felony.

The defendant’s attorney, Dustin Garrison, requested continuances, due to appeals filed with the court earlier in the week.

Johnson continued the case to Dec. 16, and ordered at status hearing for that date.
