Final Bobcat football stats announced

The Summerland football team finished its 2025 campaign with a 6-3 record, finishing second in the D1-4 district.

Coach Tom Thramer called the season a success.

"Especially after taking an ugly loss early to a very good Crofton team," he said. "The kids could have folded, but it showed how strong their character is to finish the season, from that point, at 5-2.

The Bobcats will transition to the 11-man league next season.

"I'm excited for the new challenges that await us next fall," the coach said.
