Celebrating the gift of the Holy Spirit at confirmation

The spirit of faith and renewal filled St. Bonaventure Church on Oct. 19 as 62 parishioners received the Sacrament of Confirmation during a solemn and joyful mass presided over by Archbishop Michael McGovern.

Families, friends, and members of the parish community gathered to witness this milestone in the lives of the confirmands - young Catholics who, after preparation and study, publicly affirmed their faith and commitment to the teachings of the Church.
