Plea agreements reached in several district court cases

A plea agreement involving a 30-year-old Tilden man was reached and outlined during the Oct. 29 session of Antelope County District Court.

Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith informed the Honorable James G. Kube that Hunter E. Ashburn Taylor agreed to enter a guilty plea to amended charges of terroristic threats, a Class IIIA felony.

Kube ordered a presentence investigation and instructed the defendant to meet with the probation officer to compete the report.

Ashburn Taylor will make a return visit to the courtroom for sentencing on Dec. 16.
