Trip to state meet on the line for XC runners

Summerland cross country runners will vie for an opportunity to quality for the 2025 state cross country champions, this Thursday, when they compete in the Class D-3 district at Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course.

Karley Dawkins, Bella Kester, Zander Cepel, Jorden Cox, and Luke Kester will represent the Bobcats in the girls' and boys' divisions.

Twenty-one schools are in the district, including Ainsworth, Boyd County, Burwell, CWC, Central Valley, Creighton, Elgin Public/Pope John, Elkhorn Valley, Newman Grove/St. Edward, Neligh-Oakdale, North Central, Ord, Osmond, Plainview, Riverside, Sandhills...
