Judge Kube announces retirement at the end of October

District Court Judge James G. Kube of the 7th Judicial District has announced his retirement, effective Oct. 31. Kube served the 7th District, comprised of Antelope, Cuming, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, and Wayne counties, since his appointment in 2009.

In his announcement letter to the governor, Kube commended court staff district-wide, as well as the legal community and reflected on serving in the judiciary.
