Bella Kester finished second at the Battle Creek XC Invite, Friday, at Evergreen Country Club. She ran 21:58.24. Karley Dawkins ended 31st, finishing in 25:30.61.
Luke Kester led the Bobcat boys team, running 21:00.45, placing 24th. Zander Cepel ended 51st, crossing in 24:36.04, while Jorden Cox ran 35:40.62, placing 62nd.
In the junior high division, Taylon Bertschinger set the pace for the Summerland squad, running 16:03.38. Ali Sonnenfelt ended in 19:08.69, and Jaden Robinett completed the course in 25:34.86.
Austin Cepel ran 23:20.80 in the boys division.
