Instead of running over the hills, overlooking the river, at the Crofton golf course, Bobcat runners were tested with a new course at Weigand Recreation Area when they competed in the Crofton Invite on Sept. 25.
Bella Kester brought home the eighth-place medal, running 22:00.89. Karley Dawkins ended 37th, clocking in at 26:47.89.
Luke Kester paced the Bobcat boys team, running 20:38.80, putting him in 32nd place. Zander Cepel ran 21:37.50, while Jorden Cox finished in 33:17.30.
