Stewart pleads not guilty to firearms charge

A Plainview man facing charges of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person-1st, a Class ID felony, appeared for arraignment, Sept. 24, in Antelope County District Court.

Nicholes T. Stewart, 36, appeared before the Honorable James G. Kube, and pleaded not guilty. Kube ordered Stewart to appear Oct. 29 for a pretrial conference.

A jury trial is set for Dec. 9.
