Elgin man remanded to sheriff following district court appearance

An Elgin man who appeared for a probation revocation hearing in Antelope County District court, on Sept. 24, received court-appointed counsel.

The Honorable James G. Kube appointed Marty Klein to represent Rowdy L. Burke, 54. Kube ordered Burke to appear Oct. 29 for a hearing.

A $10,000, 10% bond was established, and Kube reminded the defendant that all terms and conditions of the probation order must be met.

Burke was remanded to the custody of the Antelope County Sheriff.
