The Ewing Village Board of Trustees convened in a special session on July 21, 2025, at 7 p.m. in open and public session at the village hall. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss unused grant money, bakery alley survey, and HCED alternate.

Chairman, Kane Fry, called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Notice was given to the posted location of the open meetings law.

Board members present were Dustin Jorgensen, Jeremy Tuttle, Kane Fry, Katie Cunningham, and Kent Stallbaum. Also present was Jennifer Ramold.
