Taylor presides over several county court cases

A 30-year-old Omaha man missed a second court date for arraignment, Aug. 6, in Antelope County Court.

Harley J. Finazzo is charged with one count of theft - shoplifting, $0-500, a Class II misdemeanor, stemming for a June 17 incident at Cubby’s in Neligh.

According to the court documents, Finazzo missed a July 16 court session also.

Judge Donna Taylor informed the county attorney that a motion, affidavit and order for arrest may be filed.
