Broasted chicken fundraiser to support historical society

A longtime tradition will kick off Orchard Free Days this Friday.

Orchard Historical Society members will serve a broasted chicken dinner, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Rex. Dine in and carry out orders will be available.

A two-piece meal will include potato salad, dinner roll, and homemade pie. A free will donation will be accepted, with a $14 suggested donation.

Kids ages 10 and under will have a one-piece meal option for an $8 suggested donation.
