Sacrifice fly ends Titans hopes

Wednesday's game against Albion Legion Post #162 Seniors was a heartbreaker for Tri-County as they lost the lead late in a 3-2 defeat. The game was tied at two in the top of the seventh when Carter Molt hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run.

The Titan lost despite out-hitting, six to four. Dane Miller led Tri-County with two hits.

The squad opened scoring in the second after a steal of home scored one run.

Albion captured the lead, 2-1, in the top of the fourth after Kaden Miller singled to right field, and Brock Schmeits laid down a sacrifice bunt, each scoring one run.
