Man implicated in local storage unit burglaries requests review of hearing transcripts

Suni R. Moone, also known as Jeshua Divis, appeared in Antelope County District Court, June 25, for a pretrial conference and motion to endorse/discovery hearing, in a 2024 case where Moone is charged with two amended counts of burglary/habitual criminal, Class IIA felonies; and one count of theft - unlawful taking $5,000+, a Class IIA Felony.

Moone is alleged with breaking into two storage unites in Antelope County between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, 2024.
