Hartington topples Titans in senior Legion action

The Tri-County Titan Seniors couldn't keep up with Hartington, Friday, and fell 6-0 to the Wildcats.

Hartington got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Tri-County committed an error. Grady Haberer grounded out and the Titans s dropped a third strike, each scoring one run.

Brady Hochstein earned the win for Hartington. The starting pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out seven and walking one.

Ryan Rifer took the loss for Tri-County. The lefty went six innings, allowing six runs (three earned) on four hits, striking out five and walking five.
