Juniors drop opening round game at Berry Pepper Days tournament

Tri-County Titan Juniors fell to Creighton, 7-6, on Saturday on the final play of the game, during the opening round of the Berry Pepper Days Tournament in Creighton.The game was tied at six in the bottom of the sixth when Ethan Kuhlman singled, scoring one run.

Creighton opened the scoring in the first after Braxton Eggerling singled, scoring one run. A double by Eggerling extended Creighton's lead to 3-0 in the bottom of the third inning.

Tri-County pushed the score to 4-3 in the top of the fifth after Max Bruce drew a walk, scoring one run, and Jason Shaver doubled, scoring three runs.
