Minnesota man fined for marijuana charge

A 30-year-old Minnesota man pleaded guilty by waiver to one count of possession of marijuana - 1 ounce or less - 1st offense, an infraction.

Damien J. Rose of Monticello, Minnesota, will pay a $300 fine, plus $49 court costs, ordered by the Honorable Donna Taylor.
