Deleon pleads not guilty in theft case

A Neligh man alleged to have used a company credit card to rack up approximately $10,000 in non-approved charges and charges not customary to his former employer’s business appeared for arraignment, May 28, in Antelope County District Court.

Antwan J. Deleon appeared before the Honorable James Kube, and entered not guilty please to one count of unauthorized use of a financial transaction device, a Class IIA felony, and one count of theft by deception, a Class IIA felony.
