Pressure canner roadshow offers testing for safe use

Now is the time to make sure your pressure canner is in top working order.

Nebraska Extension is hitting the road with its Pressure Canner Testing Roadshow, offering free dial-gauge pressure canner testing at locations across north central Nebraska.

Home canners are encouraged to stop by, meet extension educator Brittany Spieker, and ensure equipment is safe to use.
