Man involved in Orchard theft cases appears in district court for arraignment

Suni Raine Moone, Pierce County Jail, appeared for further arraignment in two cases. In the first case, Moone is charged with one count of burglary-habitual criminal, a Class IIA felony. He pleaded not guilty. In the second case, theft by unlawful taking - habitual criminal, a Class IIA felony, Moone entered a not guilty plea.

According to court documents, Moone is charged with breaking into two storage units in Antelope County, between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, 2024.
