Hearings, trial dates set after pretrial conferences held in Antelope County District Court

Three pretrial conferences were held during the April 30 session of Antelope County District Court.

Nate Stratton, counsel for defendant Hunter E. Ashburn Taylor, informed the Honorable James G. Kube that negotiations continue and discovery is incomplete. Stratton requested a continuance of the pretrial hearing and jury trial.

Ashburn Taylor, 30, of Tilden, is charged with one count of use a firearm to commit a felony, a Class IC felony; and one count of terroristic threats, a Class IIIA felony.

Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith did not object.
