Taylor sentences 19-year-old to 90 days in jail

A 19-year-old Neligh man will serve 90 days in the Antelope County Jail on one count of assault-threaten/menacing manner, a Class I misdemeanor.

Judge Donna Taylor announced the sentence April 16 during Antelope County Court.

Austin R. Klabenes will receive credit for one day previously served. Taylor ordered Klabenes to pay court costs and released bond to be applied to fines and costs.

Klabenes was remanded to the custody of the Antelope County Sheriff.
