HOLT COUNTY REAL ESTATE ASSESSED VALUES

The proposed 2025 Real Estate assessed values have been set. Valuation information about each parcel can be viewed at www.holt.nebraskaassessors.com

If you would like to talk about the proposed value, the assessor’s office can be reached at 402-336-1624. Emails may be sent to holtassessor.tim@holtcountyne.gov, or you may also come to the assessor’s office in person to discuss the matter.
