Summerland's girls track team started the 2025 campaign competing inside the Wildcat Dome, part of a larger $30 million athletic complex expansion, at Wayne State College.
"It was fun going to a meet in Wayne's new facility," said coach Shannon Schumacher.
During Friday's meet, the Bobcat high jump team - minus Bailey Ahlers, who is out with injury - picked up where they left off last season.
Lydia Robertson took top honors, clearing 4' 8 inches. Caydence Schumacher ended in second, sailing over the same height of her teammate.
