Plea agreements reached in several Antelope County court cases

A plea agreement was reached in case involving a 44-year-old Tilden man during the March 5 session of Antelope County Court.

Jonathon L. Werner pleaded guilty to an amended complaint of driving during revocation/impound-1st, a Class II misdemeanor.

Per the agreement, the state agreed not to file additional charges from the incident.

The Honorable Donna Taylor sentenced Werner to pay a $1,000 fine and serve four days in jail. Werner was given credit for four days previously served. Taylor also ordered Werner not to drive and revoked his driver's license for one year. Additioally, he will pay $5...
