Valentine's Day argument leads to arrest in rural Ewing

The Honorable Donna Taylor presided over three cases involving assaults in the Feb. 19 session of Antelope County Court.

Michelle R. Zelms, 37, of Norfolk, appeared for arraignment on one count of assault-cause bodily injury, a Class I misdemeanor, related to a Feb. 14 incident which occurred at rural Ewing in Antelope County.

Zelms requested a public defender. Taylor adjudged her indigent and appointed Antelope County Attorney Patrick Carney.
