Taylor rules in multiple alcohol-related cases

Three cases involving alcohol-related cases were heard in Antelope County Court on Feb. 19.

Dallus L. Christiansen, 27, of Neligh, appeared for a hearing on one count of driving under the influence-.15+ or refusal (1prior conviction), a misdemeanor; and one county of speeding 11-15 mph county/state, an infraction.

Christiansen told the court he had completed an alcohol/drug evaluation but a copy was not given to the court.

Antelope County Judge Donna Taylor continued the case for sentencing on March 5. Bond, in the amount of $5,000-10% is continued.
