Sentencings announced in Antelope County court cases

Antelope County Judge Donna Taylor presided over a variety of cases during a Feb. 19 court session at the Antelope County Courthouse in Neligh.

A plea deal was reached in a case involving a 53-year-old Albion man charged one felony count of issuing a bad check.

Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith told the court the defendant agreed to plead guilty to an amended complaint and pay restitution immediately.

Dennis Leitschuck entered a guilty plea to one count of issuing a bad check - $0 to $500, a Class II misdemeanor.

Taylor sentenced Leitschuck to pay a $250 fine, which is suspended until March 1...
