O'Neill man accepts plea agreement on multiple charges

Judge Kale Burdick presided over a handful of preliminary hearings during a Feb. 11 session of Holt County Court.

Jerry D. Beall, 22, of O'Neill appeared for a pretrial hearing on multiple charges. Kelly informed Burdick a plea agreement had been reached.

Per the agreement, Beall withdrew the previously entered pleas of not guilty and entered no contest pleas to three counts of contribute to the delinquency of a child, Class I misdemeanors.

Burdick found Beall guilty on all three charges and ordered a full presentence investigation on each count.
