Cases continued, bound over in Holt County court

Several cases were heard in Holt County Court, Feb. 11 and 18. Judge Kale Burdick presided.

Ray A. Bahm, 57, of Chambers, appeared for arraignment on one count of obstruction of a peace officer, a Class I misdemeanor; one count of dv assault - 3rd/threat/menacing manner, a Class I misdemeanor; and one count of resist arrest-1st offense, a Class I misdemeanor.

Burdick outlined possible charges and penalties, and advised that a conviction for a misdemeanor crime involved domestic violence may prohibit him/her from possessing or purchasing a firearm, pursuant to federal law.
