Five cases involving assaults and terroristic threats were heard Feb. 5 in Antelope County Court.
Tyler R. Bellar, 21, of Elgin, appeared for a pretrial hearing on one count of domestic violence assault-3rd/threat/bodily injury, a class I misdemeanor.
Bellar pleaded not guilty during a Jan. 15 court appearance. His court-appointed attorney, Patrick Carney, requested a continuance.
The Honorable Donna Taylor granted the motion and set Feb. 19 for Bellar's next appearance.
