School board to consider principal contracts

Summerland School board of education members will consider contracts for elementary and junior/senior high school principals when they meet Feb. 12.

A presentation on Beef in Schools will be given. Prior to the formation of the Summerland district, Ewing and Orchard schools offered the program.

Other agenda items include

• Consideration of the 2025-2026 school calendar. The administrative team will present a suggested calendar included start date and holidays.

• Action on summer lawn care.
