Court continued for man charged with storage unit burglaries

Suni Rain Moone, also known as Jeshua Divis, of Omaha, appeared for a pretrial conference, Jan. 29, on two counts of burglary, Class IIA felonies.

According to court documents, Moone is charged with breaking into two storage units inAntelope County, between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, 2024.

Antelope County Public Defender Patrick Carney advised additional time was needed to discuss witnesses listed in a motion to endorse, filed earlier that day, by Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith.
