Funeral services for Lanny D. Billings, 86, of El Paso, Texas, will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 12, at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater, with Rev. Chad Boggs officiating. Burial will be in Orchard Hill Cemetery in Orchard. Visitation will be prior to the service from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 12, at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater.

Lanny died Sept. 4, 2024, in El Paso, Texas.
