Airshow takes flight this weekend in O'Neill

The O'Neill Municipal Airport-John L. Baker Field is hosting the 32nd annual Nebraska State Fly-In.

The event will be Friday and Saturday, July 19 and 20.

On Friday, there will be an opportunity to see a night air show performance featuring Erik Edgren flying his 1939 "T-Clips."

Edgren describes it as a "little bit of ballet and a rock 'n' roll show."

A fireworks show will follow.

"T-Clips" will fly in an air show extravaganza showcasing five other aerobatic performers in different makes and models of airplanes on Saturday. On the ground, there will be kid-friendly activities...
