A mass of Christian burial for Joan M. Childers, 83, of Elgin, was Monday, June 10, at St. Boniface Church in Elgin. The Rev. John Norman, Deacon Logan Hepp and Deacon John Starman officiated. Interment followed in the parish cemetery.

Joan M. Childers, 83, died Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Edgewood Vista in Norfolk.

Memorials are suggested to Pope John Catholic School and St. Boniface Catholic Church.
