ORDINANCE NO. 2024-1
VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE Village of Clearwater, NEBRASKA TO HAVE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES CONSTITUTE A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; TO REPEAL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; TO PROVIDE WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRPERSON AND Board of Trustees of the Village of Clearwater, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §19-911, the Board of Trustees shall constitute the Board of Adjustment for the Village of Clearwater.
SECTION 2. Zoning regulation §8-1.1 for the Village of Clearwater is hereby superseded and replaced by Section 1 above. The Board of Adjustment shall have all powers conferred by law and by the Zoning regulations.
SECTION 3. The first meeting of the Board of Adjustment shall immediately follow the adoption of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict be and the same hereby are repealed.
SECTION 5. That three-fourths of the Board of Trustees voted to suspend the requirement that this ordinance be read by title on three different days.
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
SECTION 7. That this ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form and available for public inspection during normal village office business hours.
