Holt County law enforcement, NSP execute search warrants

 

On March 8 at 9:29 a.m., the Holt County Sheriff's office and the O'Neill Police Department, with assistance from the Nebraska State Patrol and Nebraska Brand Committee, executed six search warrants in Stuart.

A search warrant was served at a fifth-wheel camper, located at 221 N. Main Street, in Stuart. A handgun and four rifles were found during the search of the camper. Christopher Deepe, 48, of Broken Bow, resides at the camper. Deepe was arrested for alleged possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person. He was transported to O'Neill and incarcerated at the Holt County Jail.


A search warrant was served at a business located at 221 N. Main Street, in Stuart. A rifle was found during the search. The rifle was allegedly owned by Tyler Bain.

Bain, 41, was later arrested during a search of his residence at 203 E. 4th Street, in Stuart, for alleged possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person. Bain was transported to O'Neill and incarcerated at the Holt County Jail.

Search warrants were served at 302 E. 3rd Street, in Stuart, and at a fifth-wheel camper located at 219 South Main Street, Lot #7, in Stuart.

A search warrant was served at 219 S. Main Street, Lot #5, in Stuart. Timothy Johnson, 48, resides at the residence. Substances believed to be methamphetamine and marijuana were found during the search. Several items of drug paraphernalia were also seized from the residence.

Johnson was arrested for alleged possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Johnson was transported to O'Neill and incarcerated at the Holt County Jail.
