PLANNING COMMISSION
VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Planning Commission of the Village of Clearwater will be held Monday, March 4 at 8 p.m., at the fire hall meeting room and will be open to the public.
Purpose of the meeting is to discuss the building permit application for Rustin Fletcher at 609 Montana St. They propose to tear down an existing shed and build a 32’x36’ building in the same spot for added daycare space. Since the building is used as a daycare, a conditional use permit will also be considered.
An agenda for the hearing is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the village clerk. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the hearing.
