Casey Dittrich, of rural Tilden, will serve as the District 5 commissioner for Antelope County. Dittrich was appointed Feb. 7, following interviews with Antelope County attorney Joe Smith, county treasurer Deb Branstiter and county clerk Lisa Payne.
