Casey Dittrich, of rural Tilden, will serve as the District 5 commissioner for Antelope County. Dittrich was appointed Feb. 7, following interviews with Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith, county treasurer Deb Branstiter and county clerk Lisa Payne. One other candidate, Duane Miller, also interviewed for the position which came available following the resignation of Keith Heithoff.
