HEARING - BOARD OF TRUSTEES
VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Clearwater will be held Monday, Feb. 26, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the fire hall meeting room and will be open to the public.
Purpose of the meeting is to hear approval or opposition from the community regarding a new liquor license for Two Bills Steakhouse, adding an outdoor beer garden to The Waterhole liquor license and adding the café building and an outdoor beer garden to the American Legion liquor license.
An agenda for the hearing is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the village clerk. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the hearing.
